 ISHIOKA  (Is/Q): A few non-detections in both bands.

 KATH12M  (Ke/a): Many DBBC restart/reconfiguration missing 27 scans.
                  Several non-detections in both bands.

 KOKEE    (Kk/K): Running warm due to cryo issues.
                  Many non-detections, particularly in X-band.

 MATERA   (Ma/I): Station couldn't observe because of a mechanical
                  problem on elevation axis.

 NYALES20 (Ny/N): Observed with warm receiver.
                  Several non-detections, particularly in X-band.

 SEJONG   (Kv/j): Elevation offset (0.08d) enter at 06:00. Bad pointing
                  (17:00-06:00). Consequently, many non-detections
                  especially in X-band.
                  No signal in channels SR4U, SR5U and SR6U; channels
                  flagged for fringe fitting.

 SESHAN25 (Sh/C): Station couldn't observe due to technical problem.

 WARK12M  (Ww/u): Late start (missed scans from 17:00-21:33).
                  Fire 100m north of antenna (local farmer burning
                  rubbish).
                  Low fringe amplitude in the last four X-band channels.
                  Low fringe amplitude in the last two S-band channels
                  causing some G codes.
                  Several non-detections particulary in S-band.
