Problems: The NOTO pressure jumps by ~60 mbars and the vgosDB software does not support looking at the met data before entering it into the database. DSS36 has no met data and no data first ~7 hours. KOGANEI has no good data first ~7 hours and very little usable data afterwards due to very weak S-band. NYALES20 has only bad data first 6 hours, receiver may have warmed up. CRIMEA did not observe, VSI problems. URUMQI did not observe, antenna failure. BADARY, SVETLOE, ZELENCHK: The E-transfers did not work properly and the data was deleted afterwards, so very low data yields. Parameterization comments: None.
