I let it sit for a bit to no avail so I restarted the fs-aum. Connection to the antenna seemed to be down. Repeatedly setting antenna=open worked but it took a while (Jasper). - 1500UTC system is recording again but IFC power and IFF correlation stats are bad (Jasper). - 1530UTC I noticed it wasn't recording, halted, killed jive5ab and reran setupaum as outlined in setup notes, this did the trick (Jasper).
