WETTZ13N (Wn/W): Did not observe due to problems with Az encoder. Because of NYALES20's clock issues, the solution used an a priori clock offset of -44588.13 microseconds and a clock rate of -2.260e-08 seconds/second, the values suggested by the +CLOCKS section of the correlator report. Because NYALE13S only began to observe recently, station positions were estimated for NYALE13S.
